Digital Marketing Copywriter
Job Description:
This role will require strong English writing abilities, experience in writing professional blogs, newsletters, social media content, and marketing copywriting. A strong understanding of SEO and conversion rates is preferred. You will be working with our marketing team on a number of tasks and projects.
Duties of the Digital Marketing Copywriter include:
– Work with the Marketing team to plan a content strategy
– Write blogs according to a set keyword strategy
– Track SEO changes to prove efforts are working
– Write social media posts and help build a calendar of upcoming posts for major upcoming school events (holidays, report cards, upcoming key dates, end of school, summer school starting, graduations, etc.)
· Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
· Preparing online and print marketing campaigns
· Creating a wide range of different marketing materials
· Manage all company Social Media platforms
Requirements of the role:
· 2 years experience in Digital Copywriting
· Strong creative outlook
· Demonstrable experience
· Solid knowledge of website analytics
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to think in an innovative and creative way
· Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
· Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
· Exceptional interpersonal skills
Education and Experience:
– Degree or partial degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferred
– Experience writing content for an online audience
– A portfolio of content
Starting Wage:
$20 – $22 per hour, based on experience.
